Linda and Theo first released a prototype of their distinctive artwork at ArtExpo New York in 2012. They had spent two years creating and refining their original artistic process. They were one of two artists from a field of 1,000 artists highlighted in an Associated Press article about the show and published across the world, including in USA Today and the Wall Street Journal.
A & E documentary “The Start Up Factor”, clip highlights sole artists selected. Filmed at the One Spark Festival 2014, Jacksonville, FL, the world's largest crowdfunding event. Documentary produced by and nationally aired on A & E in 2015.
Metalagram® Experience from the 2015 Sole Artists Exhibition with literacy and art enrichment charity Beyond Basics. Metalagram® with light and sound creates a multi-sensory immersive experience. The original “Through the Trees” five-piece pentych can be experienced in the SFA showroom at The Moross House.
SFA instructed and created Metalagram® Collaborative “Renaissance City” with Beyond Basic students at Detroit Central High School. Installed in Office of Detroit Mayor Michael Duggan in 2015 and continually exhibited, now five years (2020), behind a sofa in the mayor’s office lobby. Frequently seen in Detroit Mayor news broadcasts.
“Through the Trees," a Metalagram® Experience, fuses light, sound, and original 2D metal art five-piece pentych exhibited at ArtPrize 2013 in Grand Rapids MI, awarded Top 50. Subsequently exhibited at the One Spark Festival 2014, Jacksonville, FL, awarded the Overall Top 6 Must See.
